ARD Distributors, Inc. was founded in 1978 by the current management. ARD serves as the exclusive Florida & Export Distributor of quality lines of Appliances, Gas Grills,  Room Air Conditioners and Package Terminal Units.

ARD operates 3 Florida Distribution Centers: Miami serving South Florida and the Ports of Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach; Tampa serving Central Florida and the Port of Tampa; and Jacksonville serving Northern Florida and the Port of Jacksonville.
